Lots of sun, lots of people and lots of buses – with £5000 raised for our charity of the year, the Lewis Mighty Fund! Just a few of the things that made our Big 100th Birthday Party so special.

In celebration of our centenary year, we threw open the doors of our depot at Langley Mill on Sunday 26 May. Over 20 vintage buses brought people in from far and wide, local traders sold their goods, Magpie Brewery brought in the special trentbarton 100 beer, and a Funfair kept kids of all ages entertained. Exclusive behind-the-scenes tours gave visitors an insight as to what goes on to keep buses on the move – and we all had the chance to cool off going through the giant bus wash.
