zigzag is our really good unlimited travel ticket, that means you can travel anywhere across trentbartonland all day for £8. Just buy a zigzag on the first bus you travel on and go anywhere you want.

zigzag can only be purchased after 9am Mondays to Fridays and after 4am on weekends and Bank Holiday Mondays. They remain available to purchase for the rest of the day up to 12am midnight. After purchase, zigzag can also be used for the rest of the day up to 12am midnight.  

Out all night? Upgrade your zigzag to a zigzag plus upgrade for an extra £3.50. That means you can still travel until 4am. 

zigzag can't be used on skylink Derby or Arriva X38.

If you're travelling with other people, you can gang up on us for extra savings:

For two people, the same conditions as a normal zigzag apply.

concessionary pass

If you're aged 66 or over, or have a form of disability, you may be entitled to free travel on local buses after 9.30am Mondays to Fridays and at any time on weekends and bank holiday Mondays.

Conessionary passes are only valid until 11pm. Not valid on red arrow.
