Do you dare to take the sixes to 'The Frights of Abraham'

 Prepare to be scared witless this Halloween as visitor attraction the Heights of Abraham, becomes the Frights of Abraham, between 19th and 31st October.  Under the spell of a mischievous and pesky sprites, The Tommyknockers, the magical hilltop estate, perched high above Matlock Bath, takes on a spooktacular theme this half term.

 

Brace yourself for witchy scarecrows, witch’s brew and themed cakes in the café and ghost stories deep in the underground caverns told by actors in Victorian costume. Listen out for those naughty Tommyknockers, who have escaped the caverns and are now on the run to play a trick or two, but the treat if you spot them all is a chance to win a golden ticket!

 

Have your fortune told and your mind read by the silly witch, Belinda Broomsticks, in her fortune tent, then grab a prize from the lucky cauldron. The unique attraction also has a gift shop where crystals can be purchased for magical spells. To top it all kids can exchange their broomsticks for an alpine style cable car on the flight to the top! 


Catch the sixes 6.1 which runs between Derby and Bakewell.
