Not one to rest on our laurels, we’re introducing more buses into Derby from Sunday 8 September.
 

More buses from Heanor and Ilkeston
 

Our popular H1 and ilkeston flyer routes from Heanor, Ilkeston and Kirk Hallam see a big timetable boost, with buses on both routes enhanced to run every 15 mins Mon-Sat daytime – and more and later buses on Sundays too, by popular request, with the timetable doubled to run every 30 mins.

Double the buses from Long Eaton with a new fast bus – zoom!
 

The people of Long Eaton and Borrowash also get the service they’ve been asking for – a fast bus non-stop along the A52. They’ll get that with zoom – our newest bus route, every 20 mins Mon-Sat, and every 30 mins evenings and Sundays. This new 7 days a week, fast bus will feature the usual trentbarton magic touches, and a new, dedicated team, determined to make travelling with us a pleasure.
 

To celebrate the introduction of zoom, we’ve got a special £5 deal on all-day tickets, which gets you unlimited travel on zoom and other trentbarton buses for the whole day too. Plus, we’ve got a £20 7 day ticket which can also be used across all trentbarton routes as well. Buy both tickets from your driver.

The new trentbarton.co.uk was introduced last week, and with it came the new trentbarton live – where you can choose your stop (by route, area, post code or map) and get live bus departures, there and then. It should mean less waiting at bus stops – you just go online, and off you go. We’ve even optimised the new site for desktop, tablet and mobile use to make it easier for you.
