It's with a heavy heart that we'll no longer operate rapid one from Sunday 29 March.
We introduced this service in 2011 as a more direct route from Ripley and Heanor into Nottingham non-stop down the A610.
Unfortunately, rapid one hasn't carried enough customers to make this service sustainable.
This decision was not taken lightly, and came after much consideration. We would like to thank all our customers who have travelled with us on rapid one, and we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
The rapid one stops will be served by rainbow one with buses every 30 mins between Ripley and Nottingham and up to every 10 mins between Eastwood and Nottingham.
