Rugby fans score with zigzag play

Fans of Nottingham Rugby Club can now make fantastic savings on trips to home games with the extension of our popular bus ticket offer.

zigzag play provides unlimited travel on match days for just £4.50 and there are further savings for fans travelling together with zigzag group play, which costs £10 for up to five people.

Alex Hornby, Commercial Director, explained: “The offer has already proved popular with local football supporters and visitors to a wide range of other events and attractions.

“We are really pleased to have signed a deal with Nottingham Rugby, enabling fans of the Championship club to take advantage of zigzag play.

All fans have to do to qualify for the discount is show a match ticket when boarding the bus on their way to Meadow Lane.

Alex continued: “Whether you are travelling on your own or with family and friends, zigzag play offers a great way to save money on match days.

“By taking the bus to the game supporters don’t have to worry about traffic or parking and can enjoy a drink before or after the game.”

Nottingham Rugby back rower Rupert Cooper, who is used to zigzagging his way out of traffic or just steamrolling his way through it on the field, is encouraging fans to take advantage of the deal and make match day a hassle-free experience.

“We want to see fans pack into Meadow Lane by the bus load, so this is fantastic initiative by trent barton,” Rupert said.

“And with trent barton having such a diverse range of routes, it is accessible to so many people across Nottingham.”
