On Shrove Tuesday 4th and Ash Wednesday 5th March between 2pm and 10pm each day the annual Shrovetide event will be taking place, due to this the swift will be delayed and parts of the route will be missed.
IF Ashbourne bus station is closed there will be a tempoary stop at the bottom of the hill towards Derby.
Due to the frequency enhansement of up to every 30 minutes, we are not planning on running any additional buses this year. However, will have buses parked up ready in case for Tuesday and Wednesday should extra capacity be required.
A lovely member of the team will be on hand at Ashbourne Bus Station for both days to help divert customers.
